Chiefs coach Dave Rennie has named Aaron Cruden in his Super Rugby pre-season squad to play the Rebels on Friday night at Geelong.
All Black Cruden will play his first match as he returns from the knee injury he picked up during the Rugby World Cup 2011 final.

In true pre-season style, Chiefs coach Dave Rennie will look to give the entire travelling squad a run and will utilize the game time to play different combinations, as they prepare for the new extended Super Rugby season ahead.
The travelling squad includes some of the Chiefs wider training squad who Rennie expects will be called upon during the season.
